Step by step save file into a read only

Sometime what you already typed and saved into a file is interrupted by something such accidentally, you  press the wrong key (button) at keyboard or some one re-edit the file and make the file is not in condition good performance anymore. And the condition of the file could be change any time and it could make you are disappointed and honestly, it would take your time and your energy to set back the file into a good condition. i guess, you won't be happened to your file.

Using Ms word application, there a solution for you to handle the situation above and your file is gonna be safe even you press the key (button) at keyboard or maybe someone change your file style. You know why your file is safe, because your file is saved in type "a read only", it means your file only can be read and can't make any changes event you type the wrong key at keyboard.

There are some conditions for you file before you save your file into type a read only;

1. make sure that the file is already in good condition; it means there's no any changes to be type into the file or changes the style of the file especially contents of the file

2. make sure the file is saved into two files; it means, every time you save the file into type a read only you must have the original one and the other one is type a read only. When you want to make some changes to the file, you can open the original one and save as into type a read only. (remember, always have two files)

Here, some steps you have to do if you want to save file into a read only;

1. Open the file that you want to make a read only (see picture below)

2. click office button-prepare-mark as final (see picture below)

3. and you will see this message and clik ok

4. and then put at folder where you want to save it...you can save it into flash disk or other media storage

Uups...you already create a file with type read only. You can edit the file but not at file read only but edit at the original file that you already save it. And then, if you want to create another read only with the same file (the orginil one) don't forget to always use save as.....this step to keep your file be two files (the original and the read only) and do it again, again every time you edit the file (the orginal one). Thank you and good luck...???!!!!
