Step by step create a folder

Lot of user computer don't ever think to collect their files into one place. The user spends a lot of time to find their file and It is not gonna be a big problem when you just have some files on your computer or flashdisk. But, is gonna big problem when you have many files? And how if your files and other people files are put at the same place (example: my document). I think you are in big trouble to looking for your files and you already waste your time just for looking for it, even that files are you looking for in your own computer. 

For another example; an operating system (OS) such Windows and other OS, there are a lot of files, maybe thousand file to make an OS but when you are looking for a file you are not gonna take a long time to get it. You know why? Because all the files are putted into the group and each group has special caracteristic and function. The file has the same function is putted into a group and each group has different function. The group is called folder.


Now, try to recollect all of your files and put in the folder. You have to create the folder that contain must be the same files, for example the folder Letter, it folder must be filled in letter files and etc.

Let's create the folder and follows these steps:

1. go to destination where you gonna create folder. for example you want to create Letter's folder and your folder is putted at my document, you must click first my document at explore (it means the folder that you are creating is putted at my document). The picture belows is explore windows


2. After you click my document than click;
    a. if your OS is vista; click bar organize-new folder
    b. if you OS is windows XP; clik menu pull down file-new-folder
    c. if your OS is windows seven click file new folder
and you will see new folder highlight at the right side of explore windows (picture below here)



3. Just type Letter at highlight folder at right side and then enter
if you double click the new folder at right side that you already created, see at the left side explore your new folder is putted under tree of my document. If you see that, it means you already created the folder.

If you want to create new folder at Letter's folder, you must click Letter's folder first and then follow step 2 (above). That's the way to create the folder. And now, you can create a file and saved into each folder that you already create before.

Easy isn't it? Now you have to change your way to saved the files that you had and you don't have to be expert in computer first to managed your own files. If you are failed to create a new folder, don't you ever to think of to stop to create the other one. Nobody can learn in one shoot, if you need more than one shoot to create the folder. Just do it.
