Setup msconfig to faster PC/Laptop

Most of computer's user are having trouble with their own computer, for the first time you bought a computer you feel "enjoy" to use it and more often you use it, and then your computer going to slow, more slower and sometimes hang. This condition could be happen to many computer that already add many programs. Now, the problem is how you handle it and take care of your computer. 

The computer is not different like human. The computer need the attention; and don't you think that your computer can't repair itself, even in the computer (OS has application to repairing itself). So, what am i going to do if my computer is going to slower? 

So, what you have to do are:

a. install antivirus; The antivirus in your computer can be effective to protect your computer from files or something bad interuppted your program. There's so many antivirus that you can download from internet but i suggest you to download antivirus which compatible for your computer (especially the OS)

b. do regularly defragmenter for your computer; defragmenter can help your computer to rearrange the files which not at correct place and then defragmenter put them at the correct place. 

c. if you already done point a and b and the computer still slow; you better check msconfig your computer, maybe your computer check to many point when start up. If your computer check to many point when startup off course your computer gonna be slow; because your computer spend much time to check it 

Here, i would like to give you the information about "stratup" at msconfig and it can be help your computer to be faster:

1. click start - run - ms config

2. and then you can see the system confiuration's windows like this and then fo to tab startup:

at startup's tab you can see the item of the subject that already check, it means Operating System must check it. The time for checking the item of start up can make our computer be slow. If you check the item at start up so much, it makes the OS has much time to checking.

Now, to run your computer faster, you must clear (uncheck) the item and the time for checking not gonna be take a long time. To uncheck the item at start up, you just click the check's box at the right and to check again, you just check the check's box at the right. You better uncheck the item that isn't necessary such monitor, application, photo or video. These item isn't to important to check because the item not so much you use every time you work with your computer.

So, your computer can faster now and don't worry to do this job and you don't have to be expert first to handle the situation like this. Good luck..????!!!!????

Step by step create a folder

Lot of user computer don't ever think to collect their files into one place. The user spends a lot of time to find their file and It is not gonna be a big problem when you just have some files on your computer or flashdisk. But, is gonna big problem when you have many files? And how if your files and other people files are put at the same place (example: my document). I think you are in big trouble to looking for your files and you already waste your time just for looking for it, even that files are you looking for in your own computer. 

For another example; an operating system (OS) such Windows and other OS, there are a lot of files, maybe thousand file to make an OS but when you are looking for a file you are not gonna take a long time to get it. You know why? Because all the files are putted into the group and each group has special caracteristic and function. The file has the same function is putted into a group and each group has different function. The group is called folder.

Now, try to recollect all of your files and put in the folder. You have to create the folder that contain must be the same files, for example the folder Letter, it folder must be filled in letter files and etc.

Let's create the folder and follows these steps:

1. go to destination where you gonna create folder. for example you want to create Letter's folder and your folder is putted at my document, you must click first my document at explore (it means the folder that you are creating is putted at my document). The picture belows is explore windows

2. After you click my document than click;
    a. if your OS is vista; click bar organize-new folder
    b. if you OS is windows XP; clik menu pull down file-new-folder
    c. if your OS is windows seven click file new folder
and you will see new folder highlight at the right side of explore windows (picture below here)

3. Just type Letter at highlight folder at right side and then enter
if you double click the new folder at right side that you already created, see at the left side explore your new folder is putted under tree of my document. If you see that, it means you already created the folder.

If you want to create new folder at Letter's folder, you must click Letter's folder first and then follow step 2 (above). That's the way to create the folder. And now, you can create a file and saved into each folder that you already create before.

Easy isn't it? Now you have to change your way to saved the files that you had and you don't have to be expert in computer first to managed your own files. If you are failed to create a new folder, don't you ever to think of to stop to create the other one. Nobody can learn in one shoot, if you need more than one shoot to create the folder. Just do it. Create a blog for beginner

Creating a blog for beginner must be difficult and hard to started. What you have to do before you are creating a blog is what do you want to get from blog. There are many reasons why people have a blog such  want to sharing information, let people knowing what he thinking of something, helping people, promote their products, social network, or i just want to have a blog like the others and many many other reasons. And there's no wrong with their reason, it's up to you as owner of blog. 

To make it clear for beginner, start with what is "a blog" and for what "a blog" is for? You don't have to expert in this case to know a blog. There are many blogs are writing on their own blog on internet. For example, write at search engine a word "blog" and you will see many writers had wrote about blog, from the oldest and the newest you can get. There many idea and maybe can make you confused on it.

Back to the top, for beginner, you have to skill (not to be an expert, at least you can write it down what are you thinking of at paper) on writing. So, if you like to write, you must be want people read your's or it can help people whom read yours. If you had done it, actually you already get what a blog for. And it will be interested to you to get more readers and finally your blog becomes one of many blogs are waiting to read of many netter all over the word. And you can get paid on it because many company  want to put their product at your blog (that's why many advertising on internet say "making money online", and "spend 1 hour online you can get paid" and many more").

You have to be carefully to choose a provider to create a blog. There's many provider are offering many benefits and advantages on their blog to get netter. By the way, you can started on blog with a free one, and if you already fine with all of their items and rules of game at blog, you can turn into paid blog. I suggest to you as beginner to create a blog at http://www.blogger.com or http://www.wordpress.com. Don't forget to have a email (what ever such, yahoo, ymail, gmail, mail etc) before create a blog. Step by step creating name box

Name box is the cell which is read by Ms excel by name that it's given. When you want to write the cell down at formula bar you just type the name that you already given to the cell. For example, a cell B5 you give the name bax with "tax" so when read b5 you just type tax, such this formula  =a4*tax. 

So what is the advantage of  the name box when you give the cell with it;


1. You don't have to write the colomn and the row every time you use that cell into formula. What you have to do is write the name box down at fomula bar.

2. You 'll be easy to remember it comparing you have to check the column and the row every time you want that cell is used at formula.


3. You can use the name box for the next sheet in the file (workbook). For example, at a sheet report you create the name box tax, and the next sheet is "monthly report" you want to count the tax so you just write at formula bar tax and Ms excel will read tax at sheet report. As long as you at one file (workbook) you can use the name box fo rthe rest of the formula.

Here the step by step to create the name box:

1. firstable, click or block the cell that you want give the name box
at the example below here the tax at cell C9

2. and then you go to name box bar at left top (or where you can see C9). At the example above the cell C9 is blue highlight.

3. type at the name box bar the name you want to give and then enter.
For this example I give the cell C9 with name tax

When you want to process counting the tax of each items you click at tax's column E5 this formula =d5*tax (enter) and the rest let Ms excel process the counting.

Note.
The name box tax is written at sheet1. If you want to create another , sheet2 and when you want to count tax (5%) you just write it down tax at formula bar and the rest Ms excel will go to sheet1 and read cell C9 contains 5%.

I'm going to help and share information to you and hoping you can get new idea about "what blog is" and "where am i started" and then you can decide what are you going to do. So, you better answer these questions:

1. what kind of goals are you going to get on blog?

Each people have many answer on this question, like sharing idea, helping people, promoting their business, earn money, introducing a product, social activities, organizations, politic and many more. you have to decide which one your goal on blog to make you easier to starting a blog. if your blog cover many goals, is not working for you because our ability is limited

2. What kind of content are you going to write on blog?

you are absolutely wrong if your answer "many contents". you can't handle what do people all over the world want. So you have to make specific content and it will be your style from other blog on Internet.

3. How are you promoting your blog?

blog is one of many networking on Internet. It means "creating a blog, creating a networking". if you create a blog and not create a network too, it's impossible to you. you can't "stand alone" on Internet even the blog is your own. please remind "create a blog automatically create network too".

How to create static page on blog for beginner

Page static on blog is used for space to file or anything that having commons content. for example, page static "trick", this page contents some tricks that owner blog give to visitor. or page static "download", this page content something that owner blog give to visitor to download. you can create more than one static page on your blog.

you put static page on your blog to make visitor easily to find what are they looking for on your blog. beside that, your blog is organized and looking good. when your blog is organized and it'll make visitor comfortable and enjoy to visiting your blog regularly.

how to create "page static" on your blog, follow these steps:

1. go to your blog (for ex. http://blogname.blogspot.com)
2. click sign to editing your blog
3. at dashboard click posting - edit page
4. click name of static page you want to display on your blog at title
5. and click "publish post"
